Films wot I've watched.
3. Bullitt (1968)
Famed more for its (awesome) car chase sequence through the streets of San Francisco, than its actual story, this is a solid police procedural starring Steve McQueen as Detective Frank Bullitt and he plays a big part in its overall rewatchability.
Very basic story…Bullitt is given the job of protecting a witness. Witness is killed. Bullitt is pissed off and must track down the culprits. That’s it,really!
Robert Vaughn plays a slimy politician who you REALLY want to slap. And there’s a cool jazzy soundtrack by Lalo Schifrin.
